This Monday June 29, 2020 at 5:00 AM EDT we will perform an internal upgrade in Spotlight Cloud. Your environment will remain available throughout this upgrade, except the ability to add or update monitored connections. We don’t expect any interruptions with monitoring and data upload of existing connections. Our estimated time for this upgrade is 2 hours. We will update our status page at the beginning of the upgrade and again when the upgrade is completed.
